Lock-in Amplifier Module  LI5501/ LI5502

LI5501 / LI5502 are lock-in amplifier modules designed without a display or control interface. A main core parts of lock-in amplifier are condensed into a compact chassis. A significant improvement with the SN ratio can be expected by incorporating this module into the signal detection part of analysis equipment or inspection devices.

Programmable Current Amplifier  CA5351

CA5351 is a current input-voltage output preamplifier with variable gain. It achieves a measurement system with both high gain and wide bandwidth. Resonance does not occur even in the presence of cable or sensor capacitance because of its unique input circuit design. And there is no overshoot or ringing in the response of pulse input as well.

Low Noise DC Power Supply  LP5393/LP5394

LP5393 and LP5394 are low noise DC power supplies with an output noise voltage of 10 µVrms or less. Not only the circuit technology but also the shield structure inside the power supply enables the same level of low noise as a battery.

Low Noise DC Voltage Source  LP6016-01/LP6016-01P

LP6016-01/LP6016-01P are low noise DC voltage sources equipped with LAN/USB/RS-232 interfaces. The output noise voltage is extremely small with a maximum of 10 uVrms, and the temperature stability of the output is excellent at less than ±10 ppm/℃.
It can be used as a DC bias source for photodiodes and a control voltage source for crystal oscillators.
